Juventus are lining up an £11milion summer swoop for Chelsea forward Florent Malouda.
The France international has struggled to make an impact in his two seasons at Stamford Bridge after signing from Lyon for £13.5m.
Italian giants Juve, managed by former Blues boss Claudio Ranieri, are now reported to be considering offering Malouda a fresh start.
They are eyeing reinforcements after Czech Republic veteran Pavel Nedved announced he is retiring at the end of the season.
A Juve source told The Sun: ‘We have been looking at a number of options and Malouda is very high on this list. Let’s see what happens at the end of the season.’
Malouda, 28, has only started two games under new Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink and may welcome the chance to move to Italy
